Role: Creative Operations and Creative Project Manager
What sets Picsart apart from the copmetition is its vibrant, diverse community of creators. To celebrate the unique art they make with our tools, we launched Spotlight—an episodic series that highlights inspiring creators from around the world. Eaach episode tells a new story, with the creative style of the episode carefully tailored to reflect the artist’s work and personality.
We built the series in-house, drawing on the talents of our internal team while bringing in freelance support to help us match the distinct styles of each featured creator. This collaborative effort allowed us to flex our creative muscles while staying true to each artist’s unique story.
The Spotlight series gave us a platform to connect more deeply with our community and inspire others to create. The campaign extended agross YouTube, blog posts, newsletters, and app store events, creative multiple touchpoints to engage with both new and existing users. Beyond the videos, we developed templates, stickers, and challenges to encourage users to try new forms of artistic expression inspired by the creators featured in each episode.
Spotlight isn’t just about promoting individual creators; it’s about reinforcing the idea that creativity is for everyone. Through these stories, we aimed to inspire people to tap into their own artistic potential and explore new ways to express themselves—with Picsart as their creative companion.
